And OH SWEET FRICKIN' JESUS this took way too long to draw. On the upside, since I drew the middle panel completely by itself, I have a really awesome postcard/bookmark/something image for later. On the downside, I am exhausted, near blind, and MUST NOT DO THIS AGAIN. There's an axiom out there somewhere that as much time as you set aside for an art project, even if it's double what you think you'll need, that's how much time you'll take to finish. This was indeed true this week. I hope at least that it shows. The lighting was a bitch. The leaves were a bitch. The damn fairy furniture was a bitch. Some of the dogs were bitches, but that's to be expected.
