Wow, this is really impressive. I envy your ability to write/illustrate a full comic book. :]
And very intriguing story, with a lot of things to think about, due to the lack of clarity. :D

Well, not to belittle the professional comics writing community (who write better comics than I, just as the artists DRAW better comics than I), but the writing part of that equation was EASY. It was maybe 30 pages of screenplay dialogue and stage direction. The drawing is the part that is going to kill me. :P

I don't know if I'll ever be organized and motivated enough to be able to sit down and lay out a story with pictures, or just a story by itself. So I'm still envious. Haha.

This a great comic - I don't get the "I don't get it"-people :D
Of course the reader doesn't know everything that's going on just yet, but that would be pretty boring anyways, wouldn't it? It's what keeps you reading, that you want to find out what's going on.
Great main character too - I like her. I like the fact that she swears once in a while and that she has those problems with her family - otherwise she would be too much of a Mary Sue.

I'm gonna go read the next one :D
